    ORDERS/SHIPPING

    CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?
    Although, we wish we could accommodate all changes…we fulfill orders very quickly! Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order.

    THE ITEM/SIZE THAT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?
    Due to the high demand of our popular styles and sizes, they do tend to sell out quickly. We’ve even had some products sell out in less than an hour! While certain products are very exclusive and only released once, most of our items are restocked regularly

    RETURNS/ EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS

    All items purchased at a discounted price are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns or exchanges for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. We thank you for understanding this policy!

    SHIPPING

    Domestic Shipping
    Most orders will ship out within 3-7 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, javonactiveapparel.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
    Standard / USPS – Arrives 3-7 business days from shipped date.
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.
    If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at your house. Javon Active Apparel cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.

    • All orders will be processed and shipped as originally placed.
    • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. To prevent any shipping delays, please double check that the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct.
    • Javon Active Apparel is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances USPS is responsible for any of all mail pieces that undergo USPS delivery services. We will do our best to assist all customers regarding missing packages.
